June Community Day: Birding with our friends from Radnor Lake!

10 minutes south of downtown Nashville, you’ll find The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Glen Leven Farm. One Saturday a month, we host Community Days so you can explore all 64 acres of this unique Nashville landscape for free. 

We’re excited to have our neighbors from Radnor Lake State Park at the farm for June’s Community Day! Ranger Matthew Bowling will lead two birding hikes: the first at 8 a.m. and the second at 11 a.m. CT. The hike will follow the 1.5-mile Nature Trail around the farm to look for signs of summer and migrating birds. While this is an easy hike, we recommend you wear closed-toe shoes, pack a bottle of water, and bring binoculars if you’d like them
