Just four miles from bustling Music City, The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Glen Leven Farm is a one-of-a-kind venue for your next event. Whether you’re looking for a place to host a meeting, company retreat, or holiday party, Glen Leven Farm offers a convenient located tucked away from the busyness of downtown.
The 64-acre urban farm is home to a historic 1857 Greek revival house, a barn, a garden, a green house, and agricultural structures, as well as a number of pastures, a 1.4-mile trail, and a creek.
The following spaces are available for rent:

Conference Room, Foyer & Living Room
The house offers a conference room, sitting room, and foyer with tall ceilings and ample natural light. Outside, you’ll find an expansive lawn that provides a blank canvas for all types of events. The large, covered porch is an ideal setting for meetings and intimate events.
Rates will vary depending on the date and number of guests. Nonprofit discount available.

Glen Leven Farm is not available for wedding ceremonies or receptions. No fundraising activities other than those exclusively benefitting The Land Trust for Tennessee are permitted at Glen Leven Farm.
Photography & Film
Combining city conveniences with a privacy only 64 acres can offer, Glen Leven Farm provides a unique backdrop for photo and video shoots. Glen Leven Farm’s historic home, rolling pastures, country roads, rock walls, garden fences, and towering trees are perfect for:

FAQs
Each rental includes:
-An Event Manager to assist with rental logistics
-A curated list of preferred vendors who are familiar with the property
-On-site venue supervision on the day of your event
-A complimentary site visit to walk through details and layout
We aim to provide support that helps your event run smoothly while protecting the integrity of the property.
The following items are not included and must be arranged separately:
-Tables and chairs (required if seating for more than 25 guests)
-Additional rentals and specialty furniture
-Catering and bar service
-Restroom trailer/unit (required for outdoor-only events or events with more than 50 guests)
No. There is no on-site kitchen available for use. All catering must be prepared off-site and brought in by a licensed caterer.
Restroom access depends on your rental type:
-Indoor rentals (up to 50 guests): Interior restroom access is available.
-Outdoor-only rentals: No interior restroom access is provided. A restroom trailer/unit is required.
-Events with more than 50 guests: A restroom trailer/unit is required regardless of location.
A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to confirm your date.
