Madisson Macdonald plays a key role in executing meaningful events, communications, and fundraising activities for The Land Trust for Tennessee. As Events & Communications Coordinator, Madisson combines her passion for conservation and unique skillsets to lift up our work.
Originally from Washington state, Madisson moved to Nashville in 2011 to attend Belmont University where she graduated with a degree in Global Social Entrepreneurship. In her free time, she enjoys attempting new recipes and hosting, running at Percy Warner Park, sailing on Percy Priest lake with her husband, and traveling to learn about other cultures. She plans to sail around the world one day.
“I find diversity to be one of the most beautiful things about life and this is why I value conservation. We have a great breadth of diversity to protect in Tennessee’s natural environment. The land is restorative to our souls in a way we desperately need and I am dedicated to conserving it for future generations.”
