Weed Wrangle – March 5, 2022

Join our Weed Wrangle at The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Glen Leven Farm! Weed Wrangle® is a one-day, citywide and statewide volunteer effort to help rescue our public parks and green spaces from invasive species through hands-on removal of especially harmful trees, vines, and flowering plants. Come out to Glen Leven Farm to help remove invasive Bush Honeysuckle and control harmful vines growing on the property.
Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes and bring their own water bottle and pair of gloves. Pants and long-sleeve shirts are recommended, and we encourage you to dress in appropriate layers for the weather. Volunteers will receive a thank you gift for the challenging, but rewarding work.
