October Community Day: Bird Watching Hikes and Tennessee Environmental Council!

October 11 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm CDT

Just 10 minutes south of Nashville, The Land Trust for Tennessee’s Glen Leven Farm offers a unique opportunity to get outdoors without going far. One Saturday a month, we host Community Days, a free event where you can explore all 64 acres of this historic Nashville landscape. We partner with a different community organization each month so that you can learn something new while getting outdoors.

This month we will have guided birding hikes with Radnor Lake State Park Rangers at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM! We’ll also be joined by our friends from the Tennessee Environmental Council. During your visit, you can also explore the scenic property, hike our 1.4-mile Nature Trail, and take in the beauty of open fields, forests, and Brown’s Creek. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape, a family outing, or a chance to connect with nature, Community Day offers an experience for everyone.
